Patient Feedback and Suggestions

At Hospital Street Doctors we welcome and value patient feedback and suggestions.  Recently we received a suggestion regarding signage for our ambulant toilet at the clinic.  We have acted on this suggestion and improved our signage for all users.

Also, when you next visit the clinic, you will notice that we have repainted the clinic in a lighter colour.  Again, we have acted on patient feedback and have received very positive comments.
In the clinic waiting room you will find patient questionnaire forms that can be completed and placed in the suggestion box if you have any feedback or suggestions for improving our clinic.  

Patient Satisfaction Survey September/October 2024

Thank you for participating in our recent patient satisfaction survey and helping us to create a better experience for all our patients.  We value your input and are always eager to identify areas for improvement. 

Improvements in response to feedback:

Patients request more GPs be available at the practice.	With the recent addition of our two new GPs, Dr. Rukshani and Dr. Wasanthi there will be more appointments available for patients.
Patients request bulk billing.	Dr. Rukshani and Dr. Wasanthi offer bulk billing for eligible patients. For further details on our billing schedule, please refer to our website, Facebook page, or notices displayed in the clinic.
Patients would like to be notified of test results as soon as possible.	Results are sent to patients through HotDoc to advise they are available to be discussed at your next appointment.
Patients suggest making waiting room more comfortable, especially for the elderly patients.	We have increased the number of arm chairs available to elderly patients in our waiting room.
Patients request the clinic be warmer during the colder months.	We are looking into how the automatic door can be adjusted during the winter months.
